Piña Colada Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cm fresh piece turmeric, peeled or 1tsb dried turmeric
  • 2 cm fresh piece ginger, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped in pieces
  • 2,5 dl fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2,5 dl unflavoured coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of pitcher as needed.

NOTES
Opt to always use organic fresh ingredients.
