PREP TIME BLEND TIME TOTAL TIME SERVES

- 2 cm fresh piece turmeric, peeled or 1tsb dried turmeric
- 2 cm fresh piece ginger, peeled
- 1 frozen banana, chopped in pieces
- 2,5 dl fresh pineapple chunks
- 2,5 dl unflavoured coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of pitcher as needed.
